Los Angeles. CA (February 28, 2020) — Exciting news from The Code having entered into a new one-of-a-kind strategic deal with Create Music Group. Named one of Fortune’s fasting growing companies in the United States, Create has made a name for its self by monetizing content and distribution services.

The deal is multifaceted and will allow The Code to “be a bridge to the emerging Detroit market and others to help creatives fully monetize their art.” Said to be included in the agreement is worldwide distribution and content monetization for the label and its partners. Additional access to key staff and Create’s artist services network will play role in future releases the company has planned for this year.

“I’m proud of the work Chris “Country” Lee and the team did on getting this done. We were able to find amazing executives like Mark and Dan that understand today’s digital music business and how consumers are finding new talent and it naturally aligned with our thinking. It was easy to get a deal done once we started talking.” Warren Griffin, Jr. Co-Founder, The Code.

There have been no announcements made at this time regarding which artist or project will be the first release from the new partnership which takes effect immediately.
